It should be mandatory in all public schools, but it won't likely be offered on a voluntary basis..in fact some would even suppress it..

The poor lad in the video spouts catch phrases he has been taught by a "handler'..but when he is exposed to thetruth, he soon changes his mind.. A great video 15 min long but even 3-5 minutes is very educational.
