where to find trapping supplies for an old beginer

going to try my hand at some trapping this season.  have some layoff time comming and want to give it a try.
 
where is a good vender for trapping supplies
how many traps  would be a good LEARNERS trap line ?

i have a few dozen traps , but i don't
usually set more than 6 at a time.
i must also say that i don't fur trap
because the fur around here is next
to worthless. i trap for varmints and
nuisance only.
one tip i can share is to buy some add-on
swivels and put at least one on each trap.
i'm doing that now. i got a possum the
other day that twisted up the chain on
a 160 trap and made a big mess of it.
never had anything twist up a body trap
like that.  i'm sure the pro's here can get
you set up right.
