Check the Blackhorn site for the drill diameters and supplier to clean the breech plugs.
I thought I had cleaned the flash holes thoroughly BUT when I got the drills I found that the small drill would not pass through the hole. If you get the drills your problems should be eliminated, especially if using Blackhorn.

You will need either a #32 or 3MM drill bit. Spin it with your fingers and it will cut all the nasty carbon out of the flash channel.  Primers are filthy and so that carbon builds up quick after only 1 or 2 shots.

I suggested the acetylene torch cleaner some time back and used one on my CVA with good results with 777.
BUT it was not adequate for Blackhorn use and I had to use drills and was surprised on the amount of constriction remaining even though the channels looked clean.
I had to twist the drill and drill my way through the small channel to get it clean
If you use a CVA Optima and Blackhorn I strongly suggest drills

I use a wire to clean out the flash hole.  I run it thru the breech plug, a couple of times, wipe off any residue that sticks to the wire, and reinsert.  I do it from both ends.  I don't know what gauge wire it is.

I've been using the wire tie that comes on loaves of bread.  Get one of those ties, straighten it out, strip off the paper or plastic coating from one end, leave the paper or plastic on the opposite end (it helps you hold the wire),  and push it thru, first from one end then from the opposite end.

Been using it to clean the breech plug on my Sidekicks, Huntsman, both old (45Cal), and new (50Cal) types, and Omegas.  Works for all of them.

if you have a friend that plays guitar, get a old set of steel guitar strings from them.they work well for cleaning small holes in lots of stuff.
