    I just received this info from Johns Hopkin Hospital -  in Baltimore  Evidence linking the flu vaccine to lower heart attack risk.-check with your doc for further info

There is good an bad with the flu vaccine, yes I have checked with my doctor.
 
If you have a seriously bad heart the flu vaccine can do more harm then good. If you have a normal heart have at it. BTW which flu are you getting the vaccine for? Is this vaccine from a clean lot and not a contaminated one? Just a couple things to think about.
 
My doctor said prevention is the best bet, washing hands etc.

I get the flu shot every year. My dr said after open heart I had no choice, he highly reccomends it. My wife got hers aleady. I'll wait til Dec when medicare kicks in. POWDERMAN.  ;D ;D
