10 ga Pardner & Slugs

Hi All,
 
Anybody shooting slugs in their 10 ga H&R Pardner?  I would really like to hear from anyone shooting their handloaded slugs in a 10 ga as I am very interested in finding components.

Biker,the BIL and I had one and turned it into a dedicated slug gun for deer here in VA, which pretty much did away with any usefulness in a goose hunting scenario, cut the barrel back to 22" and crowned it out, added sights and shot the Federal Slugs, 100 meters standard good target black bull we got consistent groups of 2 to 3", mite do better with a scope but we decided it wasn't needed

I like it!  Another good reason to make a shorty!  Like I really need a reason. ;)
 
Are Federals the only factory 10 ga slugs?  THere the only ones I can find around NW Ohio.

As far as I can find in my area , they are the only game,, tried to convince Dixie to make their tri-ball load in 10ga, just not enough call for it. But we have managed to come up with a couple of handloads with cast balls that shoot fairly well to 20 meters for use in the swamp areas

Thanks for your information on the 10 ga slugs.  A friend & I are working on making either a foster or attached wad slug for the 10 ga.  Something in the 1.75 to 2.25 oz range.  Will advise on how it works out.
