It must be in that super secret section of the Constitution, the same section that the Roe vs. Wade judges used to determine that the federal government has the power to regulate abortion.

Another case of judicial activism by liberals. If you can't get what you want by votes,adjudicate til you get the result you want.

The majority of voters in Wi. voted for Walker and his law twice and won both times!
I guess that doesn't matter anymore. Activist judges rule the country now. Why even bother voting....
