Former Cop, convicted of killing his wife, suspected of killing another wife. Conviction was obtained under a state law permitting use of hearsay evidence. Came up because we were comparing how evidence is used/obtained.....or the lack thereof.

OK, I'll ask again. I really don't understand about dna, how is it bad if someone has my dna, unless they intend to frame me for something I didn't do??
Theres usually a reason for somebody to be arrested so I don't understand why an innocent man would object to being tested. Seems like an innocent man would welcome the chance to clear himself. POWDERMAN.
