On Fox today: It's well known that Bonnie died with a .38 taped to the inside of her thigh. That gun is now legal for sale according to ATF who recognized the need for the preservation of such an historical item. ATF replaced the removed serial number with a special ATF number so the snub nose can be sold at auction. It's expected to bring about $200K. Wow. I think ATF finally did something right. Not to glorify a killer, but to save such a significant piece of the gangster era.
