Lyman receiver sights

Anyone mount or know if it possible to mount a lyman model 90 MJT on a handi rifle / buffalo Classic......seen posts on the Williams with the 0.404 from globe.....


Thought the target sight may give some more height and distance.......

Dunno, but the Williams FP-TK-HR/.404" Lyman 17A combination is good to about 800600yds with 500gr bullets at 1500fps. Add the gib lock screw for tooless adjustments and ya got it made.  ;)

Out of curiosity, what is the load you are referencing?  Just getting in to the 45-70 game and any help on reloading is appreciated.

See LONG RANGE SIGHTS FOR THE BC and TARGET in the FAQs. I mispoke on the range, Bernie uses the Smith sight for 800 meters, the Williams FP-TK up to 600 meters.
