Mold design questions 45AR/ACP revolver

I am wondering about full wad cutter design. A DEWC if you will. I am using this for bullseye, paper punching. I am thinking a 160-180 weight from ww or lyman#2. As to lube grooves I am thinking one medium to large groove.
Am I going to end up to short for bore diameter to get good accuracy?
I have used some commercial cast 155 swc with fair to good success. I just don't need that cone nose as an auto does.

  I can make you a good one, with just one lube groove.  It will have plenty of  bearing for top notch accuracy, but I reccomend you keep the base end flat and square, shooting it base first.  This because the sharp edge of the base will clip paper like a razor blade and make scoreing easy.
