Nader takes Obama to the woodshed
« on: September 26, 2012, 03:17:34 AM »

"“He’s gone beyond George W. Bush in drones, for example. He thinks the world is his plate, that national sovereignties mean nothing, drones can go anywhere. They can kill anybody that he suspects and every Tuesday he makes the call on who lives and who dies, supposed suspects in places like Yemen and Pakistan and Afghanistan, and that is a war crime and he ought to be held to account.”http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0912/81649.html

Nader... Green Guy? Isn't he the one who didn't like the Corvair?
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.

Yep, he's the guy that didn't like the Corvair and I own two of them. They are good dependable cars. Now Nader should like them because if not for them he would be a nobody.

Corvair, or not, Nader is still a nobody.  Even so, the one thing that I might agree with Obama about is he can kill as many muslim terrorists with drones as he likes and it doesn't bother me in the slightest.  And I don't care which country they are hiding in.

Nader was right about the wars.  Now most, even Republican politicians to save their skin,  admit the wars were a mistake.  Obama talks about withdrawl of forces today.  Why does he do that?  Because that is what is popular.
Study after study has shown how dangerous distracted driving is yet people continue to talk on their cell phones while driving. Driving in the U.S. requires your full attention. Many states and countries have made it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and the federal government should follow their lead. Banning the use of cell phones while driving would have the added benefit of making the no-texting law enforceable.
