Chicago Proposes "Violence Tax" on guns, ammo

Black dominated Democratic Chicago's latest proposal to "fight violence" is to punish honest people by imposing a "violence tax" on guns & ammo.  This is what you can expect when Democrats take over.

I can only assume that the Dumbocrats expect the low lifes and crooks will also pay this tax.....or maybe they'll just not tell about their guns. Jeez, I wish somebody would kick Chicago outa the United States. It apparently has no value anymore except to drain the rest of our wallets. Maybe they can take Detroit with them. Seems to be a common denominator with these two cities.....
