looking for a strange custom option help

I would like to get a 16 1/4 " barrel to go with a contender folding stock for and extra hunting  rifle to leave in the truck.  Thinking of 44 mag or 30-30.  The odd part is I want it drilled and tapped on the bottom of the barrel to mount a laser on a weaver mount.  Is their an easier way to have a scope and laser combo.  Also who makes custom barrels?  I know of fox ridge and eabco are their any others. any ideas?

New Hampshire says its a no no for hunting too.  I suppose if you REALLY wanted to, and the other places wont do it, then a gunsmith or machine shop will.  But since all any one cares about is greenback you can probably get them to put holes any damn place you want   .
