every neighbor i have are mex and
don't want to assimilate, just get
the cash and go.
the ones across the street have made
one of the formerly finest houses on the
block into a pigsty. truck tracks across
what was the finest lawn on the block,
music blaring at all hours. the man moved
first, then when his pregnant wife was ready,
he brought her over to parkland and had
themselves an "anchor baby"
next door, they store all kinds of construction
equipment and materials, and at one time
were going to use a large camping trailer
as a um. . . . illegal hostel. i had to
go over there and threaten them when
they were trying to build a jerry-rigged
septic tank with some culvert pipe and
other things. some of the houses on the
block have illegal 2nd stories added.
no permit no nothing just 20 show up
on saturday and work all weekend tearing
off the old roof and rafters and adding a
2nd story. no adding studs on the main
floor or reinforcing joists or headers.
just slap it on and go. i feel sorry for
the future owners of these houses when
the roof caves in someday.
i could write volumes on what i've seen.
yes i know em and see em.
if you try to report any wrongdoing like
illegal dumping or code violations, you're
just a prejudiced white guy that don't
like meskins.
