calculating slug velocity
« on: October 21, 2012, 03:27:33 AM »
Other than using a chronograph.  Is there a formula out there to calculate slug velocity for reloads. There is quickloads for metallic cartridges but is there one for shotgun slugs.
Trying to determine velocity of 750 grain full bore slug in 2 3/4 hull with 43 grains of blue dot in 12 gauge ush.
