.223 Remington powders for reloading?
« on: February 12, 2004, 03:09:51 AM »
I'm looking for a good powder to start handloading .223 with for varmint hunting. Specifically, I'm looking for advice on some of the new powders that seem to be improvements over the old classics.  I'll appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

........I have had very good luck with the H335 and 50-55grain bullets in 1-12 twist guns,VV133,BLC-2and the1-9guns and heavier bullets like W748/H4895/AAC2230...........If the gun won't shoot with H335/W748 or 4895 it is a rare bird and should be "put on the road"-lol.........HTH...like your handle.!..good luck and good shooting-loading!!!
