Stupid website. I lost the entire article I wrote when I previewed it. I am just going to post the pics and you guys can ask questions if you want to.
I let the machine run for 45 minutes with a 150 degree water bath and "TINK" the choke popped free very easily.
I highly recommend this method. If you don't own an ultrasonic cleaner yet, go buy one....
