Obama was friendly with gun grabbers, but as prez hasn't been a problem. I was right in my prediction four years ago that he had big enough probs to deal with that he was smart enough not to engage in boutique ideological hobbies like gun-grabbin'. ...

Yes I did......I had more important things to do, than listen to Political prostitutes stand on their versions of street corners and try and sell themselves to not just one John, but lots of Johns and Janes.

If you folks don't know by now ALL these political under bosses are for more power and wealth, you never will.They (ALL) want your guns! Every last one of the D's and R's in control.They need them to render us completely helpless.They love to see us snapping at each other like school yard teens fighting over a skirt.It works too! We are doing it right here and in coffee shops and in homes across America. The Republicans use the NRA as a tool for their stance on Guns! Think about it! If they didn't, they would loose lots of VOTES. They join the NRA because the vote is there, and for NO other reason.Truth be known! Ryan changed clothes with some one, picked up the gun and bow for a photo shot.BTW, I don't hate Romney or Obama..............I hate what they and people like them are doing to this place I call home.

We need to be talking about getting rid of all these hand picked enforcers of the sheeple, and then going out and actually doing it.

They are using the NRA?  Get real.  Some maybe, but you can't say that all of those A rated politicians are just "using the NRA".  Most grew up with guns, shoot them, use them, and believe in the 2nd Amendment.  Paul Ryan is the real deal and actively hunts.  If you are so into some philosophy that no one is really there to protect our rights you must be miserable or constantly depressed.  I can't imagine being like that just like I can't imagine that just about the majority of Congress that is A rated by the NRA are a bunch of 2nd amendment phonies.  Just my opinion, but I think it's a lot more plausible than the statement above about our elected officials that day in and day out fight to help preserve our 2nd amendment rights and have made it clear that nothing will be passed by them that is anti-gun.  And look, nothing has, even with majorities of Dems and with our current makeup.

Guns are a second term issue with Presidents. It is getting to the point where the UN is now dictating how we own guns. You will see guns taken but it will be with an end run around congress which will suit them just fine as they can blame some else although they are all for it. Hillary and the o are on the fast tract with the un now. A second term will seal it.

   I just received my American Hunter today...Inside the front cover (probably American Rifleman too) The NRA printed a list of     
anti-2nd amendment moves Obama has made..they are as follows;
 1) Obama appointed  two anti-gun Supreme court justices.
 
 2) Obama wants to re-impose the failed and discredited Clinton gun ban on millions of common rifles, pistols and shotguns.
 
 3)Obama's state departmentreversed U.S. policy and participated in negotiations on a U.N. anti-gun treaty.
 
 4) Obama voted to allow reckless lawsuits designed to bankrupt the firearms industry.
 
 5) Obama voted to ban almost all rifle ammunition commonly used for for hunting and sport shooting.
 
 6) Obama voted for a ban on standard capacity magazines.
 
 7) Obama voted to uphold criminal prosecutions of people who use firearms in self-defense.
 
  Obama endorsed a complete ban on handgun ownership.
 
 9) Obama opposed al Right-to-Carry laws.

    Those moves simply tell the facts and attitude of the guy.  He was too busy getting his health care monster passed to do any dammage to do much else.  He will do his most egregious damage to the constitution if he cvan get a second term.
       He has just recently pushed for #3..trying to get the UN into our business..his worst being likely his latest.
 
  Historically, Democrat/Liberals have always yearned for more U.N. controls on our way of life..   While Republican/conservatives want the U.N. to have NO hooks in our country..It is a conservative battlecry;

Romney may very well have supported gun control (a fact) but as a good politican when he went national he fell in line with his party's stand. Much like sen. Byrd from WVa. and being a supporter of the KKK 9 rumored maybe proved) then turnning around to support civil rights . One must do what is needed to gain support of the people . Not have a agenda with out regard for the people . Romney wins that one hands down.

I'm not familiar with statement you're referring to..A  Some time back they had a meeting and he said something to the effect that he would have a freer hand dealing with gun control after he was re elected I would think a simple Google of Brady Obama meeting would furnish all the info you would need ..
