heavyweight slugs[>=320gr] in 45Colt Redhawk?

Anyone try heavy[320 or 340gr]cast bullets in 45Colt Redhawk?I'm thinking of a full wadcutter with gas check for <=60 yard bears,hogs.

The heaviest I have shot was a 305g .458 that I sized down to .454 , those did shoot very well out to 50 yards , I'll have to look at my data to see what powder worked best though , I'm thinking it was either IMR 4227 or Win 296 / H 110 .

335 cast with 22.5 grains H110 will get you 1,226fps and pretty good accuracy.  22 grains of IMR-4227 will get you 1,110fps with good accuracy.  Used WLP primers.
Best accuracy I've found with that bullet from my Redhawk was VV N110 - 18.0 grains of N110 got me 1,009fps and a tad under an inch at 25 yards rested for a 5-shot group, which was fairly repeatable from one range session to another.
