$78.4 Million To Blacks Who Flunked Firefighter's Test

What happens to blacks  who are too dumb to score high  enough on the civil service exam  to be firefighters in Chicago? 

They sue and get paid $78.4 million dollars, that's what. 

This is the upside down,  backwards, reverse engineered world of multi-culturalism and "civil rights."   You hit the jackpot for screwing up and  flunking rather than  for studying hard and  achieving  high scores.

Or you can somehow fool enough fools to get elected president and then screw up the whole country.  It's the Chicago way.
