scope fore a t/c encore pistol

looking to get a new scope fore the t/c encore handgun.. looking at 3 models bushnell elite 2-6x32, weaver 2.5-8x28, burris 2-7x32 the price is about the same on all 3... got 2 bushnell trophy.. leupold are to high.. are weaver handgun scope worth the price?? they make a good rifle scope.. is the elite 100$ better than the trophy?? are the  burris  any good??  thanks fore the help WORM

Yes the elites are $100 better than the Trophy. I have 2 Elite 4200 on rifles and a 3200 2-6x32 on my Encore 7mm-08 pistol. Very nice glass for the price. They don't make the 4200 and 3200 series any more, just the Elites so I don't know where they fall comparatively.  4200's are noticeably better.

i have the 3200 2x6 on my 454 encore pistol barrel so far so good but i think the cross hairs
are a bit thin i have  Leupold scopes on two contender barrels that i like a lot more
i would look around for a used Leupold scope

yes the cross hairs are thin.. are the cross hairs thicker on the weaver, burris?? thanks WORM

I have switched to the Burris Balistic plex scope for all of my Encore pistols , .308, 45/70, 44mag, .223, 50x209, and Ruger 44mag Hunter. Have had zero problems with them. great scope .
