Ya might wanna double check those bullets,
The 22 Hornet uses a .223 bullet and the 223Rem uses a .224 bullet.

I looked in two books with Speer data and found nothing in 33grn for the 223Rem
found elsewhere

Go to Speer bullets website. They show the 33 gr but no data for that bullet, may be new. Usually you can contact/e-mail them and they will give you the data for their bullet.
I myself would probably use close to what I use for 30,35,&36 gr bullets. Factory told me I could use their 30 gr V.G. in 223 and 22-250 but don't know how they'd fly in the 250, FAST? May try it someday but I like a heavier bullet in the 250 and some 223s.

Speer has a Reloading Supplement for their 33 grain TNT HP bullet.

Speer says " This bullet was designed for cartridges in the 22 Hornet class. Do not use in larger cartridges cases - it is too light for efficient loads in cases like the 222 Remington".
