Good news - availability of G2 frames

Last week I asked TC about when we could expect to see another production run of G2 frames. But no .17 Hornet chamberings yet....  :( I don't know how reliable these replies from TC are.

"We are currently out of stock on 8720. We are scheduled to make them the last week of this month. We are not making the G2 in .17 hornet at this time.

I have had an order in for a frame since Thanksgiving week of 2011. Anything they have told you,is probably a runaround

Have you tried Ed's contenders he is a sponser and should have some in stock.

Anyone that would like a G2 frame should contact ED while he still has some left. I don't think S&W will ever produce them again.
