Most ATVs manufactured in the last 10 years or so have electric pumps with only a few using a manual or pulse pump.  Older designs were gravity fed and required no pump.  If you are looking for an electric to replace a manual or pulse, I wouldn't advise it.  Too much involved in making it safe with rollover shut offs and the like.
