Is anyone else having problems with Photobucket?  There is a new format and I can't navigate it to post pictures.

I had no clue how to get the new thing to work either, so I just hit the button "return to old format" and all worked fine.  It forces you to answer a few questions on what you didn't like, so I just answered 'em, I think I could not create a sub-album and said that.  All working fine in old format for me now.  I like PB and have used it for maybe 10 years, and I'm sure they will fix the new format or eliminate it.

Currently, it won't allow me to return to the old way.
It won't allow me to do anything except log in.
I must have over a thousand pictures in there and I can't access them right now.
I will try tomorrow.

Lots of complaints on another forum I moderate, too.  I guess lack of control is the price you pay for free.

I couldn't get nuthin' to work on the new setup with IE. Switched over to Google Chrome and at least it lets me upload pics.  ???

I should have mentioned, I pay them I think it is $36. a year for a Premium account.  Rsn I converted to that years ago was I needed the extra storage space it provided, I have about a zillion photos on the site.

I use PB free.  I haven't yet been forced to PBNew.  There's a button to try it.  I didn't click on it.

I still can't navigate the site today.  It allows me to log in okay but then nothing works that you click on.
I want to post some pictures of my latest project today.  I might have to use "My Hosted Pics".

It took a little getting used to. But I find the new one faster and more efficient... There is some new things and different enough I can see why and where people would find issue...

I also have a ton of pic and pay for the premium useage.

Use it some more I think you will get the swing of it.

I just signed on to my PB account and opted to return to the old format; so far, it seems to be working fine.

RIP John. While on vacation July 4th 2013 in northern Wisconsin, he was ATVing with family and pulled ahead of everyone and took off at break-neck speed without a helmet. He lost control.....hit a tree....and the tree won.  He died instantly.

For whatever reason, I can get in and navigate this morning.  I don't know what  the problem was.

I just went onsite and uploaded a pic for test, all worked fine.  I found somehow it seems to help to bookmark the "album" I'm working in currently so I can get back to it easily-no sign-in required etc. since my comp has the PB cookie.

I use it form my iPhone as well as my lap top and my desk unit here at work.

Like I said, there is a learning curve. But overall I do like new softwear.

Those who cannot even get in, you obviously have bigger issues. Try customer support.

Good luck,

Judging from posts on other sites, PB has backed out the new software.  Or made it more optional than was their initial plan.
