Ok, I clicked on the banner to check out the advertiser. From what I can tell, the Patchworm looks great ... anybody using it? What do you think?

I surely like the idea of a single kit for all my barrels, and I'd sure like to take care of them, as they cost a penny or two.

I use them quite frequently for my rimfires as well as my centerfire rifles and pistols.  They are handy and fit well in a range/shooting bag.  I would recommend them.  I've been using them about a year.  Don't use my cleaning rods much anymore.

I too use the patchworm.  It is a great cleaning tool.  I use it for light cleaning, running patches through with solvent, in between regular heavy cleanings with a rod and jag or  brush.  I have found that I can keep the barrel cleaner longer without a lot of harsh cleaning with rods, jags and brushes.  It does not take the place of a cleaning rod, but provides a low impact method of removing minor barrel fowling.  If you like a clean barrel, but cringe when using a rod and brush, then the patchworm may be for you.

I really like the Patchworm & what with the new cleaners on the market my Brushes are not getting much of a workout.  I think it beat the Otis system because it's more of a jag than a loop type cleaner.

Easy cleaning
