PRESIDENTS DAY 2004

Got the Troops together on this windy,wet day and put out 76 American flags,3x5 nylon along the Hwy today,only WWII and Korean Vets helped.

I am curious as to why only WWII and Korean Vets helped?   Were the Vets of later wars not told about it or did they not give a darn?  :eek:
