i am again able to hunt. the handi .30-'06 i got last year for christmas shoots just fine - about MOA with factory winchester 150-grain power points.
i'm thinking i might want a .30-30 handi so i'll have something with open sights. i also have considered getting a .30-30 barrel for my receiver, and re-shaping the butt stock for open sight use; and/or adding express type open sights to the .30-'06 barrel.
seems a mite easier to just get a dedicated .30-30 handi ...
