Need advice on a shotgun
« on: January 01, 2013, 06:27:11 AM »
hello all,
I am pretty new here I usually just read and don't post.  I am looking around for a shotgun that can be used for a few things.  I am wanting to turkey hunt, coyote hunt, and can be used for home defense.  I have been looking at an rem 870 and have good things about a mossberg 500.  This will be my first shotgun and I need some guidance from people who have experience with shotguns.  I don't know if I should get a autoloader or pump or break open.  if anyone has advice or can point my in the direction of a good shotgun that I have not mentioned please do!

Thanks

Go pump in either you mentioned.  Both are great guns.

I prefer the Remington, but would buy a older model.

Truth be told, either will do what you need.

take a look at the Benelli Super Nova.

The difference between people who do stuff and people who don't do stuff is that the people who do stuff do stuff.
