A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.   John F. Kennedy

Trouble is the Anti's will say it doesn't count because the woman who took the perp. out was an of duty cop. So we are right back to the 'only cops and military should be allowed to have guns' tripe again.

The boy's resolve was not "steeled" into shooting anyone outside of those in the restaurant and the cops who subsequently gave chase.  There was time for the movie patrons to flee as the boy went into the bathroom for his suicide-by-police confrontation.

Had the boy been resolved to shoot anyone/everyone, this report would be significantly different with several others being shot prior to the shooting death of the suspect.
