(WHAS11) – Nearly 100 people received an early Christmas gift when Comfort Dental offered free services on Christmas Eve.
The company offered free teeth cleanings locally and at other locations across the country.
For many in the Kentuckiana area, this is the only time they’ll be able to see a dentist all year. Dentists who took part in the services, volunteered.
“It’s kinda of the foundation of what we do – care for our patients. Giving is a part of what we believe,” dentist Mike Lindman said.
Last year on Care Day, all Comfort Dental offices saw more than 4500 patients nationally and a gave away an estimated $1.6 million is free dental services.
