The CZ is plenty accurate at 1/2 the price. I have two CZ's. Both are 452's. I lik'em.

The Anchutz probably has a match chamber which is one major factor when getting down to cutting hairs in accuracy. That sort of accuracy is beyond most of us. The CZ's are fine rifles for the money. With a little tweaking the triggers can be made quite good. I wonder what it would cost to get a CZ chamber reamed to match dimensions?

Thanks for your opions guys.I am sorry for the wrong model no. on the CZ,should have been the 452. I have a Model 527 and just got the numbers crossed. I have a Anshultz 1451 (great shooter) but I really like the looks of the 452 American. I guess that a good enough reason to add another rimfire.  Thanks again . mtn boy

I have and have had Anschutz models over the years and just bought a CZ 452 Special a few months ago. The CZ will out group my Anschutz .22 mag and I can't see the difference between the .22 lr models.
Perhaps some top line competitor could see the difference, but I can't!

I have a CZ 452 Ultr Lux and it will shoot 1/4 inch groups all day long at 50yrds and I have done nothing to it but pull the trigger, others may be better but not for my money. 8)
