150 guns on the banned list

Greetings,
some of you may not know but the Ruger MINI 14 made the list SR556 both made the list since at one time they where marketed to Law enforcement.
 
Those of you who own a MINI 30 - as for now you are not on the crap list. Must not be as dangerous as the 14 ??

Does that include the ranch rifle versions of the mini 14? I have a mid 90s mini 14 that doesn't have a flash hider or bayonet lug. It was AWB friendly, back in 94, but it seems the dont want any semi-automatics on the market at all, this time around.
