ODNR has no clue what their doing and never will , why can a hunter use an In-line ML with 120g of Black Powder , yet I can't use a single shot 44 mag , 357 mag , 45 colt or 45/70 with BP ?
Why can I use a 30/06 for tree rats but have to use a Slug gun for deer ? They just have no clue what firearms can and can't do , they are just a bunch of egg heads & bean counters .

I think the DNR's "body of work" just proves how easy it is to get a biology degree at a state funded college. (I am proud of myself for not fanning this fire.
