broken crimson trace

Grrr! Just received a new Crimson Trace for my SP101. New out of the box and it doesn't work. The laser will activate with a fairly light grip, but turns off whith a "normal" grip. I called their support number but the lines were backed up. Left a message with their answering service but haven't heard back yet. Anyone have dealings with Crimson Trace customer support? Do they back up their product?

your having a week typical of my normal. Everything is breaking! Cant help you much other then sympathy as ive never had to even change batterys in my ct units.

Crimson Trace supposed to be the best.  I'd guess you'll have no problem getting it replaced.

They just called and said they would send a new one out ASAP. Gotta love good customer service!!
