My 204 has mostly been used prairie digging in SD, great round for that. My usual loads have been V-Maxes & Blitz Kings with TAC powder.

My Encore likes 39gr Blitzkings and 32gr v- max. I like R- P cases with Hornady being my second choice. Reloaded 10x powder works well for me and so does BL-C(2).

I have used Hornady and Winchester brass and both have performed well for me in the 204. I don't know what twist rate you have in the 700, but in my Encore it's 1/12 and it really doesn't like the heavier bullets, but loves the 32-35's. Best bullet I have found with it is the VMax 32gr and I use BR-4 primers and H332. I'm not pushing them too hard, and they are going at 4010 ft/sec. This combo is extremely accurate in my rifle and deadly on the yotes. Bergers fly well also as well as the Nolser 32's.

Great caliber choice and rifle for that matter. A very accurate, fast and fun caliber to shoot.  And don't think that you can't get out further than 300 yards with it. Mine, if the wind is kind will hit softballs sized targets at 500 yards.
