I must admit I am not sure about your conclusion, but I do know to
register your vote you must add an email address to the vote for it to be valid. So I think you are actually canceling the add out by clicking on the X... that happens to be in the no box...
OK - I had to find out....so I played the Utube again and this clicked directly on the
NO - that started another webstie that you have to resister to vote.
So I think you are good just clicking the
X to cancel
