  And the  story goes on......is there really a Boggy out there..... or a phantom trapper on the  cyber airways?????   Some say he is only a water trapper , BUT is he really out there chopping holes in  frozen water  searching for the elusive muskrat?    Questions- questions, does   Tom aka Boggy really  a live person?   Who knows but  the silence of the  cattails in the marsh!   ::)

 No winter rats or chopping this year. Rat numbers were not fantastic before the drought--they sure were'nt good after it.
