Mark Kelly has announced he and his wife Gabby Giffords will organize a group called "Americans for Responsible Solutions" and it sounds like part of their agenda is banning "assault" style weapons and hi-cap magazines. I always was disgusted when Sarah Brady would roll out her husband for window dressing for Handgun Control,Inc. (later changed to Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence ) It seemed to me that she was exploiting Jim's injuries to give herself relevance.
I feel the same way about Mark Kelly. My heart goes out to Gabby Giffords, but her managing to speak the words "we must do something" at the gun control hearings really weren't much of a solution. Mark Kelly likes to tell people he and Gabby are gun owners -so what,I think Dianne Feinsien is a gun owner also.
