If a bat gets into our house, I use a large fishing net to capture and release it outside. Everyone's a winner.

HAHAHAHA!!
 I love the wives' tales that git to flyin in posts like these.
 Bats are cool. I got  lots of 'em livin in my attic. Sometimes we'll wake up to one er two flyin circles i our bedroom. I jist catch it and set it out side.
Oh, and bats don't "hiss" lol. It's more like a griping grumbling squeal.

Years ago our cat brought a live bat into the boat and turned it loose.  The bat flew back and forth with the cat in hot pursuit.The wife dove screaming under her blanket. I had a bellyache for days from laughing plus the cold shoulder treament for a while ::) ::) .
