Them boys is trigger happy or scared to death. This is the second truck shot up by mistake. Seems to me they are shooting any truck that looked like his and asking questions later. New truck is fine.  How about the bandaids for the holes in their bodies.  What affect will the injuries have in the long run?  OTH, it is a nice gesture.

Sounds like those new papers they were delivering were considered assault weapons as they were thrown out the truck window. It you look at the bullet hole, they were going for a kill. I thought there was a fed. stature that no one could shoot at a moving vehicle, not even a cop?

Nope, no law against shooting at a vehicle if you are tying to enforce the law. A LEO can shoot a fleeing felon in the back also, if the felony is deemed heinious enough.
 
LAPD has always been a bit trigger happy and stick happy. To arrest burglars they have been known to go to the bus station and throw somebeat downs on non caucsian citizens (they use a differnt N word to describe non white).
 
There is a much better way to file a grievance against LAPD than just start shooting.

I bet if the cops would have turned their lights and sirens on both the newspaper delivers, and the guy going surfing would have pulled over. Instead they just open fire because they thought maybe it was Dorner. How do idiots like this even get a badge?
I see story after story on the news about the hunt for Dorner, but this is very under reported by the mainstream media. Just goes to show they pick and choose what not to report.
