I  topped  with $17.50 on my rats and ended with a $11.35 average.... far cry when i started trapping rats 60 years ago with rats  paying fm .25 to .75   a pelt.

The boy and I only found 5 rats before we gave up on them. I put them on the truck Saturday for the Feb NAFA sale. I'd say their just ave Nov rats, last time I had some like them they went for I thing around 7.50. Guess we'll see what happens with these but I'm not going to get excited till I see. You certianly can't complain about what you did it sounds really good to me.

LOL,always seems like I get good numbers of rats--when they bring the least.
My rat numbers this year were the worst in 44 years. Drought was awful hard on them.

We had about 450 rats sell at our small district fur sale January 13th. The average price was $10.98 or $11 essentially. The top lot of 151 rats sold for $12.50.
Coons were good as well. We had about 200 coons sell for an aveage of about $21 with put up coon averageing $23 and green Coons $17.
Mink were $32 tops on good males with an average of $23 with females in that average. Reds averaged about $40 with a 20-65 range. Our coyotes were low with an aveage of $16 with a top of $25.
We had 11 beaver average $29

Thanks for the update Bryce.  Good prices for country fur sale.  Appreciate the time and effort you put out having the fur sale for the trappers in your area.   Hope it brings  young trappers into the fold.

This is the busiest season for muskrat lure sales for me since the late 70's when 'rats wer going for $10.00 or so. Ten dollars then was like maybe $30.00 to $50.00 in equivalency and I was making muskrat lure in 55 gallon drums at those prices and could barely keep up production.
