One of the pics looks like the chamber end of a barrel to me.  The little thingy looks like a forearm screw hanger.  If so, that be's the wrong end of the gun, son.  (at least for what he is advertising for)

If that's the wrong end then the mounting lug is missing, seems to me a real short threaded barrel is being shown.

That is not far off the length of my cut down 44 handi. I would be leery of his stated 1 month plus turn around time though.
It should be fairly easy to find a local smith that can do it in less time.
