need help finding out what my H&R shotgun is

i have an H&R single shot 20 ga. shotgun that i got from my grandpa when he passed. he serial number on it is 2546, the breech lever is winged. i cant find anything out on it online. can anyone help out?

That looks like a nice one! The 20ga. is user friendly for me and shells available everywhere.

is a really nice gun, i have no problems with it and it shoots really well with remmington 2 3/4 dove and sabot rounds. thank you guys for yalls help
