heavy loads in 45 Colt Redhawk

Has anyone done heavy cast loads in a Redhawk 45Colt,specifically:325,340,380 gr.
Results,load data?
SN I'll be using Starline brass..

I've done some .45 Colt with 300 gr. XTP Magnums and book loads of H110.  Good performer, but bit hard on the wrist after a few shots.  I use em only in bear country.  ;)

I have only gone as far up as the Lee 300gr. From what results I got I decided that the 250-270gr bullets were simply all I needed for it.

The link above explains it all very well, and I am now using the 260gr load mentioned at the very bottom of the write up The Myth. It uses like 13grs of HS-6 with the 260, and that load will simply tear out a ragged hole in the bull out to 75yds form my RH. I doubt seriously anything I put one to task on, is going anywhere fast but straight down.
