10" octagon hot shot barrel shooting high.

Ok fellas, love the barrel, but with the rear sight cranked all the way down, the thing is shooting 6-8 inches high at 50 feet.  Other than trying different weight bullets and powder amounts, any tips???

Try a different rear sight  or build up the front sight so it is taller.
