NY State Bill to require Gun insurance ( one million $$)

   Assemblemen Felix  Ortiz has introduced a bill that would require any one that has a gun to also have 1 million dollar of insurance coverage. Cost is estimated to be $ 1500.00 to $ 2000.00 per year.   Time to send some letters to your political Rep. in Albany.

And there is yet another that would require gun owners/purchasers to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.  While it is true that some idiots will never stop there is some stuff that is just plain stupid and doesn't go anywhere.  There is talk about amending the act and pure political nonsense like this simply isn't listened to.   None the less, make it loud and clear to your state rep and the head of your county legislature that you do not want them to support any such legislation or proposals, and that you want to know where they stand on the act.  You pay for their salaries you know, so they owe it to you, make'm work for it...

The sad thing is we also pay for them bringing up all this stuff that is just a personal agenda. They spend millions of our money to push their agenda, They should be made to foot the cost when the stupid bills are defeated or reversed by the court. Kind of like a frivolous law suit.
