I like to ask a question on the above gun Hammer Notches cut into the hammer.The hammer is stock seem to have the following notches,
Full Cock
1/2 Cock
and a 1/3" notch
I was ask to help my friend who own one to clean and totally strip the gun which is no problems.I did after putting all part back did a safety fuction test:This is were I ran into a little problem
Gun passed no problem unit I did notice there is like a 1/8 Click notch keeps the hammer back about 1/8 "away from the firing pin,pull the trigger hammer will not drop,depress the safety and pull the trigger hammer go forward,is this there for any reason the 1/8" notch :pull the trigger to the 1/2" cock position no problem hammer will not fall?
I also tried pull the trigger and rack the depressdepres thesafetysaftey at the same time hammer will dot drop
