Fitting a Handi barrel
« on: February 25, 2013, 10:24:05 AM »
I know there is supposed to be a discussion of this under FAQ, but couldn't find it and the search function didn't seem to work. Anyway, I just got a 12 ga. Partner barrel with sights to put on a Handi Rifle, I have three, but it is loose on all three receivers I have (1 SB1 and 2 SB2's). Do most folks fit a shim on the pin or try to build up the barrel part of the equation and then grind it back down into the proper position? Or... is there another way I'm missing.  Thanks, gene

Use the F3 button to search the FAQs page if you're using a PC, key words barrel fitting.

Thanks, I just went back and tried it again, along with Control f and the search box. The first two have no response at all and the search box comes back and says I'm not authorized to search.  Is there somewhere else I'm supposed to go to get signed in for permision to search?  gene
