just got one.  interested in other owners comments about this awesome little revolver.  Hands down my favorite revolver!
My FFL holder requires any firearms to be shipped to them via another FFL holder.  So, If I make an offer on a firearm please let me know if this is capable of being done from the start.  Please do NOT mark an item "SPF" to me until we "both" are happy with and in agreement on shipping, funds and the transaction in general.   Thanks

I bought 3 when they first come out, one for me, my wife and my oldest son. They are very accurate once you out about 5-600 rounds thru them for break in. They are one of my favorite woods carry guns. The only complaint I have is that the adjustment screw on the rear sight turns a little too easy, other than that they are great little guns.
My son who is a much better shot than me can keep 25 yard groups under 2" free hand and just over an inch off a sand bag..

Gene, that is why I bought mine was for a carry gun while hunting.  I have to say once again....  Just a fantastic little revolver.

Have you tried the Winchester Dynapoints in yours?  VERY accurate!  But hard ammo to find.

I found speedloaders for it.  while not cheep, they work fantastic.  so i carry 2  with me when I hunt.

Thanks for the link..I might have to get a couple when the funds get a little better. But I usally just carry a handfull in my pocket, more often than not I end up shooting at least 100-200 rounds or even more when woods walking. Pine cones are never safe, nor snakes, or other targets of opportunity. Havent tried the dynopoints, I got a great deal some time ago on federal eagle, packaged in a brick of 400 rounds and 40 rounds per pack. I think I bought around 12000 rounds for $400 or so. I still have about 6k rounds left. Thats what I plink with but when doing any type of hunting I use the mini-mags. I also shoot a S&W 617 with a 4"bbl, S&W 63 with a 5" bbl. I love rimfire revolvers.

My only other rimfire revolvers are the Ruger Single 6 with a 9" barrel and a Taurus revolver- rifle in 22LR / Mag.  both guns I love to hunt with

BTW:  check out this place.  they make speeloaders and they are even sturdier and cheaper    http://www.5starfirearms.com/speed_loaders_22.html

I bought one of these a few months ago.  It is built well enough that I'm sure it will outlast me.  My ccw is a sp101 in 327 so I got this to practice my DA trigger pull.  The trigger in the 22 is a lot heavier in order to allow positive ignition of the rimfire cartridges.   It is manageable though and I expect it to smooth out a little in the future.  I haven't decided if I like the front sight or not.  It seemed a little too bright on a sunny day so I colored in the top of it with a black sharpie.

I am going to see if I can get a sourdough pancake holster for it.  It will fit in the sourdough pancake holster for the 3 inch gun, but the barrel sticks out a half inch.

I really haven't been able to shoot it as much as I want.  Once I get a thousand or two rounds through it I should have it all figured out.
